Who we are
The game Sea Pirate: Tower Defense ("the game") and this website are published by Kode4U Tech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you play the game or visit this website, and how it is used.

Information saved on your device
Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, upgrades, settings and the captain name you choose) is saved only on your device. We do not receive it.
Online leaderboard and daily challenge
When your device is online, the game connects to our server at seapirate.kode4u.tech to get the daily sea challenge and the world leaderboard. When you finish an Endless run, the game sends your captain name and your score (the wave you reached and the number of ships you sank) so they can be shown to other players.
The leaderboard keeps only the captain name and scores. Your captain name is public, so do not use your real name if you do not want it shown. Like any internet service, our server sees your IP address while you are connected; we do not store it with your scores or use it to identify you.
Advertising
The game shows optional rewarded ads (for example, "watch an ad to double your coins") using Google AdMob. You choose when to watch them. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Device identifiers, such as the advertising ID
- Approximate location, based on your IP address
- App interactions and ad interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
Google uses this data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and it is sent encrypted. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).

This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data deletion
Uninstalling the game deletes all progress saved on your device. To remove your captain name and scores from the online leaderboard, email us with your captain name and we will delete them within 30 days.
Security
The game talks to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS / secure WebSocket).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Important changes will also be noted in the game's release notes.
